Dragon thinks there should be a section for adults only, that would require authorization. Like, an ID or something. There will probably still be kids who sneak in somehow, but hopefully it could be more controlled.

Sure, ask "how old are you" and when the ones who think they know it all answer something under 13, report them for violation of TOS... they are supposed to be 13 or older. :)
So mean, I know but hey, if you're going to admit to being under 13... well...
