It aggatates me that americans call NFL Football because most of the game is based pn using upper part opf there body such as thier arms, they accasionally use there feet when they do a drop kick or whatever its called.

Whereas in what they call Soccer truly should be callled Football beacuse the game is evolved around kicking a "FOOTBALL" and they use there foot to pass, shoot and cross the ball.

Was this America's way of making a better sport then england?

Which England invented (football) - Soccer.

was they trying to make a alternate version with using no feet and keep the name??

What Americans call soccer is called football elsewhere in the world. So, it is better to say that American Soccer and British Football are the same sport.

The official name of the sport is Association Football and the international body governing it is FIFA (Federation International de Football Associatif).

watch the two games and you will see that western football is comparative to rugby, although rugby is faster and a very rough sport too, and soccer is played only with the feet and no hands at all .....need to be very fit to run for two 45 minute periods in soccer unlike the football players of the western world that stand around with all the padding on looking like phone booths and hugging each others butts.

The difference is that football as we know it in the USA has quarterbacks, punters, fullbacks and such. Also, they have to tackle people when they are going for a touchdown whereas they don't go for touchdowns in soccer here. Check out NFL.com and you'll see all the differences. They also use their hands and not just their feet in football.
