Kill them with Kindness actually!
Just thank them for the compliment and tell them you wish them the same.
It will annoy them even more if you say it with a big smile.
If they don't get to you..it really bugs them more.

Don't try to think of comebacks, think of ways to look better. I am serious. You can always improve your looks. I was an ugly duckling myself. No one calls me ugly now. If someone is rude enough to call you ugly, ignore them and go on.

I'm usually not good at immediate comebacks. I have a delayed reaction syndrome thing. I would probably have to think about it for a week or so and then my response would be--"Oh Yeah?"

In a calm voice, say, "Oh....so that's what you think of me? Hmmmm." Then just forget about it and move on. When someone calls you names or insults you, don't take it personally. It's not about YOU - it's that the person who is being rude is insecure and wants others to feel bad about themselves, too.

I do hope you are in grade school. I can't imagine someone calling an adult ugly. How about "I know you are but what am I?"

If someone called you ugly... Just start clapping and smiling, nodding, be stealth pretend they've done well, give them encouragement, they are probably just mentally hilarious and have no idea whether their saying wrinkly ballsack or witches tit you are one seriously over-sized nipple owner!

dont scoop to their level. actions speak louder than words-look them up and down slowly, smile smugly, raise your eyebrows and walk away. if you say something back you risk getting emotional and if you stutter or mess up what you want to say, they'll never let you forget it. they'll brush off any comments but if you can give a really good killer look it will haunt them-try it, its fun :D

carry a compact mirror in your pocket, when you're called ugly, do the "talk to the hand" with mirror in hand. then say, awe, honey, you're not ugly! why ever would you feel that way?
