Why isn't George W. Bush locked up in jail for breaking international law and lying about the Iraq War?

considering he hasnt been formally charged and enjoys an imunity from arrest unless removed from office by an impeachemnt process, which hasn't begun, and may never take place, he is innocent until proven guilty. I agree he needs to be charged and removed as does Chenny, but until due process runs its course it will not happen. If another country would attempt to arrest him, theyd find out what the "foot ball" is and what a commander in cheif is capable of doing.

Bush has lied about torturing 'detainees' and the verbal, sexual and physical abuse inflicted on them;

Bush has numerous times violated international laws and treaties, ignored our own U.S. Constitution, and put himself and his administration above the laws of this nation;
Bush has been responsible for the deaths of 655,000 Iraqis and more than 2,800 U.S. soldiers (so far).

Bush, his entire cabinet, and ALL 535 members of the most arrogant, contemptible, incompetent, incorrigible, corrupt Congress in U.S. history should be tried in an international tribunal for crimes against humanity, and - if convicted - should hang right alongside Saddam Hussein. -RKO-
