How do you define having a "crush" on somebody? is it any different than when you weren't married?

A 'crush' is for children. You're either "in lust' or trying to fantasize some romantic notion about this person. Beware. You're treading on thin ice.

I had a crush back in high school. It was very different. Of course back then, no one knows how to talk to each other and there is so much lost in the translation. Now that I am married, there is nothing we can't talk about. The difference with a crush is the idea you have in your head about that person. You see that person as the best thing ever. Of course, once you get to know them it's a different story all together. The one you marry is the one who will always be there for you. Someone who can finish your sentences and someone you know will never let you down because they love you that much. Good luck.

Are you talking about someone other than you spouse? If you are married and have a crush on someone.. shame on you. If you are single and have a crush, does that person know that you have feelings for them?

I don't get it. Are you saying you have a crush on someone? If so, stop it now before it gets out of hand and you regret it. You are putting your marriage in jeapordy. The only crush I have is on my wife!

this is a very curious question...

A crush on someone leads me to believ that they do not know how you feel...

but you know how you feel...

and I think that if you revealed to this person how they make you feel... and then this person were to reveal to you that they are attracted or are not atrratcked to you then your crush woudl be over...

because it is the not knowing that is keeping the crush alive...

It's not any different but if you're married and you act upon it, then it is different. It's called ADULTERY!
