I guess you mean who and why in a company needs financial info? In a company any person who has responsibility for a budget and who is accountable for that budget, needs financial information. These are mostly line managers across all functions (sales, HR, operations, marketing, development, etc). A bit like your own personal bank account - if you don't control your income vs expenditure and get into debt you can destroy your life. Likewise for a company.
