I would suggest that you consult with an attorney.

In almost every state, if there is a CPS proceeding, or child in need of care proceeding, you are eligible for an appointed attorney if you cannot afford one.

I urge you to contact an attorney licensed in your state to assist you. For a referral if you are not eligible for a free attorney, contact your local or state bar association. Please... don't try and do it cheaply. Your kids are worth it aren't they?
