i dont think so. in this day and age i think its a good thing for a woman to be aggressive. but maybe im biased because i am a very aggressive person..i dont start conflict, but if the need arises, i will defend myself by any means necessary.

If you are constantly on the defensive and always agressive towards others you are not going to be liked much. I think people need to become more aware that those around them have feelings and merit respect. Being agressive on occassion is fine, if the situation warrants it, other than that I say be nice.

I think that being aggressive is a negative trait for anyone to have. Being assertive is a positive trait.

It's not a bad thing. Having an acceptable personality to go along
with it helps alot. Being a ***** is never good. Being straightforward,confident,compassionate,etc.. is what the truly successful women of the world are all about.

When men are agressive, they are considered the take charge type, good leaders, etc. If a woman is agressive, it's 'not nice'. I f I had the choice between being veiwed as a 'nice' girl and getting walked all over, or being agressive about something I feel strongly about and keeping my personal integrity regardless of what others think,... I'll choose my integrity every time. It's not my job to make everyone like me, and think I'm a nice girl. I'm never going to be a bully or a jerk, but I'm not afraid to stand up for what I think is right for me.

Being TOO aggressive is a bad trait for anyone to have. What is too aggressive you ask? Do people seek you out for your company, or do they run away from you? That is a good indicator.

Well it depends. Of course extreme aggresiveness is very bad, as is the case with men as well. But aggresiveness such as in making firm decisions, it shows independence and strength in a woman. It might also mean arrogance and stubbornness.. a mean woman who is also aggressive might spell bad news but a fairminded woman whos out to do right things all the time and who is also aggressive to her cause should be admired.And hey.. u should know that there are men who think aggressiveness in a woman is sexy lol. Its like... rrrrr.

Not at all, in fact it is a very positive role for a woman. Women are naturally aggressive when it comes to raising children but within the last hundred years they have taken that aggression to the work place. I found that natural aggression when my son was born and i had to fight with doctors about his operation and other things. I think that passive behavior in women is a learned behavior taught by society, but in a society that encourages confidence and aggression women find their place with ease.

Aggressive physically, yes. An aggressive personality however is not negative, it just means you won't take any sh!t. I think it's a wonderful thing for a woman NOT to be a push-over.
