the problem is that your using a mac computer and mac computer dont support alot of things that are made for computer. even thoe you have installed these media players the operating system cant play the format because its not made to. try getting xp on the mac computer. on some macs that will work. alos try buying a windows XP computer as macs just dont support what they should support.

My guess is its an issue with your browser not the media players. When you got to a site does it ask you to download a plugin for the browser? I have no problems with any video formats on the web. I use the Safari browser and Firefox(my default). Firefox has a lot of good plugins. Try installing the firefox browser if this is you problem.
