i need tio get a skateboard for christmas for someone that doesnt know how to skateboard but wants to learn....i dont want to spend alot of money - but i want her to be " in style ".....also i have to buy Etnies, thats the shoes she wants, what is another good line of skater clothes that i could get her as well.... thanx guys for your help.....

buy a black deck with independent trucks
-black board you can buy at any skate shop
-independent trucks buy at skate shop
-grip tape buy at skate shop
-black weels buy at skate shop
-reds(thats a brand of berings the name of the brand is reds)
for clothing buy herelement sherts or girl sherts the brad is actuly caled girl
and for jeens you can get her some crue pants but there cinda make your but look flat

most pro model decks are good. flip, zero, plan B, lib tech. after her first board she will kno what she wants next. after she gets a feel for it. if she wants etnies get the sarris pro model. they will be the best to skate in. if she does tricks n stuff. DC is a good clothing brand i guess. i skate a lot but dont really wear skate brand clothes. so i dunno. i like gettin shirts for the thrift store. good buys if you find something cool. the shirt im wearing now is ffrom the thrift store and it rocks. it has a heart on it and says no room in my heart for prejudice. and all the words are in the heart except prejudice. get it? but yea it is nice. um a lot of girls who are all into the extreme sports stuff like roxy. but other than that i dunno.

You could get her a world industries those are good for beginners. You should get her vans not etnies though. but that my opinion

do not get her something very intense priced , pondering she will be able of not be tre flipping and heel flipping each and every time quickly. also do not get her a touch crappy walmart board. likely a kind deck from the community skate shop with thunder or bullet autos , hubba or spitfire wheels , and bones bearings . the size of those issues are as a lot as you and her
