Why does google charge money for a site pretty well identical to this one?

The difference, from what I've read, is that here anyone can volunteer or speculate an answer. Google answers screens their researchers and so hopefully they know what they're talking about more reliably than the general public with an opinion.

because any idiot can answer anything here whereas googles paid researchers to do the work and questions are generally more intelligent
