problem with producing sperms, i mean do they have problems with fertility? (I live with my bf who has extreme phimosis, I have never caught him masturbating, even when we are not doing it for 7-10days. Will he have problems to be a father?)

No, having phimosis doesn't affect sperm production and shouldn't cause any technical problems of being a father. He actually might not masturbate because it's uncomfortable or something. Regardless, you should convince him to get his phimosis resolved.

The easiest way that works in the majority of phimosis cases are stretching exercises. This is basically done by taking two fingers and stretching the opening of the foreskin as far as it'll go without pain (like increasing its radius) by hooking a finger on either side of the opening. This may take a few tries to get right, and also if the opening of his foreskin is too small, it might be difficult. If he is able to do this exercises, he'll need to do it for a few minutes each day for a few weeks to a month. There are also prescription creams that'll help when combined with these exercises, if the exercises alone don't seem to do much.

Furthermore, there are surgical options you might want to have him consider. For him, a surgical operation to simply enlarge the opening of his foreskin should be enough (see link). As long as his phimosis isn't causing him pain or severe irritation upon erection, circumcision probably doesn't even need to be considered.

You need to get your bf to start doing some foreskin stretching exercises. These will loosen things up down there for sure. And guys with phimosis usually have a bacteria buildup inside of their foreskin, so you should get him to use a penis health creme called Man1 Man Oil as well. It contains Vitamin A, which is antibacterial. If he does these two things his condition will improve. Hope this helps and good luck.
