Try pressing the ALT key

you can press the alt key, or right click on the toolbar tthat's there, and put a checkmark on "menu bar" that will make it stay there all the time.

go to tools and it should say menu bar click to put a check mark by it ten restart your browser and it should be there if u caant find it under just tools then under tools open toolbars it should be under there
