Yes, I think so. If someone believes in God, they will take the time to please him. They will go to church, read the bible, pray, and do anything they can. But if someone doesn't believe in God, they would go on with their life and never attend church or and religious things. So, in a sense, a religious person "uses up" their time doing religious things.

The anthropic principle applies: approximately: "The universe can only be one in which we are able to observe it". Ie. By definition the universe would be the same (as we observe it), whether God existed or not.
Quite possibly, a universe without God could not exist, but this doesn't address the hypothetical. _Given_ our existance as assumed, ie. given that we could make the comparison, we would see no difference... Until we died.
To elucidate further, let's say that someone has a religious experience, or experiences an apparent miracle; a universe in which that occurred would have to support the paranormal, or possibly, one might be sufferring a delusion. The experience itself would not be proof of _God_ in itself, but only of the paranormal at best, even if it inclined one to believe (or disbelieve) more strongly. This doesn't mean that you can't reason practically, only that evidence, even of this nature, isn't absolute.
Argument about lack of purpose if God didn't exist aren't relevant; we only know our own experience. We might believe that there is a purpose other than the purposes that we give ourselves, but human need is no proof of existance (nor is it a disproof).

Yes, it matters whether there is a God or not. Who do you think gives you the strengh to make it through the day,who do you think gives your parents to the able to get up every morning to go to work, who do you think created Earth, and all the living things that are on this Earth. How could you go through everyday living without saying a little pray. Is there is a God and He is Very Real...

To me there is. I look at it like this, If there were no God, What would be the point of life?? People would just live empy lives. But to say there would be no God is to say there would be no Satan as well. Because with Good comes Evil and vice versa. You can't have one without the other. So I guess we would be just an empty being without any luster for life. We would live and react like robots, with no emotion, no thoughts of better or worse, just existing. We would be no different than a farm of ants. Daily carrying out our tasks strictly for survival with no will to do and think for and about ourselves. To have God (good) and Satan (evil) in the world is what defines us as individuals rather than people as a whole. We have a choice to be good or evil but without either of those options, we wouldn't have many choices.

I think that it makes a difference, I believe that there is a God. I also think that there is something to be thankful for and to. I don't care what others think, I do not argue with them if they do not believe. I will not try to change a person either. This is my thought on the subject.

It makes no difference at all. You have to live your life the best you can regardless if there is a God or not.

Yes it does. Considering that God does exist, it would make a world of difference if He didn't. You and I wouldn't be here if He didn't exist.
