Actually, I think Fergie is absolute... Okay, my opinion of Fergie would get bleeped out.
But there's nothing wrong with liking other music genres! Be free! Limiting yourself to one genre just cuts out lots of other good bands and musicians. Don't let people make fun of you.
Also, you should know that most people who call others poseurs are usually trying to bolster their own flagging self-confidence.
Bottom line -- like what you like. It's up to you.
