Contact your local Salvation Army Social Services or Public Relation Dept. Most Salvation Armys have excellent drug and alcohol rehab programs.

My cousin was in the Alcohol Treatment Center... 713-734-7771

It was good in the fact that he's been sober for over a year, but I was never insode, so I don't know if it was clean, friendly etc.
