I think the application of ANY sort of gender-based theory to an organization not directly relating to that gender is wrong and dangerous. General organizations need not and should not apply gender, race, religious, or political criteria unless it is in place specifically for one of those purposes. For example, the Democratic National Committee can obviously apply political criteria and the National Right to Life Organization can as well, but AARP, for example, should not take ANYTHING but the advancement of retired people into consideration. Any sort of feminist theory is misplaced in any organization not pertaining to feminism specifically.

Diversity, in general, is normally helpful in any orgainization. I wouldn't want to work for an employer who only hired men. Then we'd be making decisions from a predominantly male perspective. If there are a fairly representative proportion of females (given whatever type of organization it is), then the female perspective will also be considered in decisions.
Essentially there are two kinds of feminism: that which promotes femininity in the workplace and that which promotes gender-equality or andogyny in the workplace. The answer above is an example of the former kind, whereas gender hiring quotas are typically exemplary of the latter kind.

The question wants refinement.
Whose 'Feminist Theory?' There's a considerable range of opinion that styles itself so, and I can't tell from your question which 'feminist theory' I should consider, nor what 'organizational issues' you have in mind.
No, this isn't an answer to your question--but I don't think you're gonna get a good answer to the deep inquiry you have in mind with this articulation of question. We need some hints, kiddo.

A. You are very Lonely
B. You have a man, but he is a complete wuss because no real man would put up with feminist garbage
C. You like the uh....the ladies.
