Yeah, a lot of moms get dizzy durring pregnancy. Especially right after eating, or after walking, or laying on your back or right side.

5 months is when you start producing 50% extra blood. Thats a lot of work on your heart and your blood pressure.

You'll want to make sure you BP isnt too low or too high, which can also cause dizziness. But generally its just a normal part of pregnancy.

You shouldnt, however, be seeing stars, falling over, or anything like that. Those things suggest preclampsia.

If you're fine how you are now, and you have a check up coming up, be sure to mention it to your OB. If you're concerned, call them up and ask them to check you BP and urine- (for preclampsia).

I dont know if it is normal but my guess is that you are still a little weak from being sick. Although your morning sickness has gone away it is possible for it to come back and come and go. I would make a call to your dr just to be safe.

I would venture to guess that you are still getting over being sick and that it will take a few days to feel better. If you don't feel better soon I would bring it up to your doctor at your next appointment. You could be low on iron even if you are taking your vitamins. Good luck and Congrats
