It's got to be Michael Jackson's "Thriller" video. Nothing can top that. The one that makes me laugh most would be David Lee Roth's "Just A Gigolo." Hilarious.

This question is incredibly difficult to answer for me. Probably "Sugar, We're Going Down" by Fall Out Boy, "Helena" by My Chemical Romance or "Stagger Lee" by Nick Cave. Those are just the first ones that come to mind, though, and I'll probably start kicking myself later when I remember one I like better.
