I am 7 months along , and not matter what I eat or drink, i have this horrible taste in my mouth. I brush my teeth like 5 times a day and still this taste will not go away. Has anyone else had this? Do you have any ideas on how to stop this ?

I don't know how to get rid of it. I had problems like that with my youngest son and just had to tough it out. I could only brush my teeth the normal number of times as for some reason toothpaste made me want to throw up. It was horrible. I would want to brush my teeth all day long but if I did I would throw up and then want to brush them again and etc. It was a never ending cycle.

I had this for the first 14+ wks of pregnancy and my friend told me it was stomach acid...she suggested Tums. I was extremely sensitive to different flavors so I chose the Peppermint flavored Tums and anytime I had that nasty taste (usually after a meal) I would chew 1. It really helped.
Tums are completely safe during pregnancy and they also have calcium in them.

With my first pregnancy I had a metallic like taste, it was so annoying. It could be a sign of a defiecency so I would consult your dr at your next check up.

I didn't personally, but I've heard/read about it, so it's not uncommon. Have you tried gum? A minty type flavor might help. I'd also bring it up to your doctor next time you go in, they may have ideas.
