Tattoo a naked woman on his back and place him in the worst prison with the biggest, baddest boys you can find, and let the games begin............................oh yeah, for life...................

Extremely aggressive prosecution and a trial in front of a judge known for harsh sentences. The victim's name/info can not be released to the media, so I would make sure the story appeared in the media, because all the info on the rapist will be disclosed! In case he gets out of prison, he has to register as a sex offender. Then when a landlord checks him out, the rape conviction will show up. Also, rapists are not allowed to live within several blocks of any school, playground, park, & are not allowed to work in places such as schools, day care centers, etc..

In my opinion, speaking openly, I believe that anyone whom takes a person an rapes them no matter if raping a woman, child, male or what ever, they should have no rights to even be alive, but judge not nor be judged. That is what the courts are for. But, a rapist doesn't know what all they take from a person personally when they take a persons own body forcefully for their fun, leaving many emotional problems for the raped person whom feel dirty and very emotional distraught. I believe that if a person rapes a person they should be placed in jail and label as a rapist, maybe in a different jump suit color or something. That way when they come in all the inmates know that they are there for rape, and then they have what comes to them which I feel would be justified for the rapist to be raped himself/herself. Maybe not right, but in my eyes they shouldn't even be able to stay alive.

has anyone ever been in a real prison?
they do not have it all that bad in there, color TV in their bedrooms, two to a room, and some single rooms too, movie night either in the gym or some prisons have cable to each prison cell so they can watch the movies in their own rooms, and for drugs and booze, they get all they want...they give themselves for drugs, and booze, and cigarettes, they get to go to take college courses..paid for by you and me.....inside of prison for them it is a blast, they love it, all the guys they want when ever they want it...so the only thing they do not have is actually being able to walk anywhere they want and they are told when to eat and go to their bedrooms, but they can buy all kinds of food and have it in their cells for late night snacks or if they want to cook in their rooms instead of eating in the dining room..,all housing units have their own basket ball areas right outside their bedrooms, and they all have common areas inside where they talk, and play cards and other games...it is a big boys club....the get free medical and dentists, and they make believe they are sick so they can go to the outside hospital to see the pretty nurses ( who give us a hard time about making them wear handcuffs ..the nurses treat them like their own children ...sick )
now, if the family of the raped victim can have them to do what they want to them for an 8 hour period, then another family member the next day..until all family members are all done with the rapist or child molester...then they go to jail if they live the family members treatments....
OH yaa I forgot, take it all off, nice and clean down there, nothing at all left...nothing...and no parole ever...once in jail..no parole...see I do not know if you people know this, the doctors from state to state prisons to prison have found out, you can NOT fix these types, not with talking to them, not with operations, not with castrations, not with any kind of medicines, it NEVER ever leaves them..so once a rapist and a child molester always one...so no parole ever..a life sentence...but that costs us between 40 -60 thousand dollars a year for each one to have fun.....

I think more important than punishment for the rapist... is healing for the raped.
The rapist should be sent to a prison with pleanty of slippery soap.
The raped... well... we need to find ways to better emotionally help them.

i believe the victim's and their families should be allowed to torture this person in any way they choose until this person is near death.then the guy's (and im assuming it is a guy) penis should be nailed to the middle of a long railroad tie with his hands tied behind his back. the tie should the be set on fire at each end.this gives him a choice of either ripping it off or letting it burn off.then he should be placed in the worst jail in the world with the biggest meanest gay person they can find for the rest of his miserable life.

Castration is not a viable punishment as rape is a violence and control crime. Longer sentences without parole.
