look here dude this is what you do.. get yourself a decent cycle of deca durabolin. First research and research some more on the cycle and usage of it. Mean while eat tons of eggs, chicken,fish, weight gainer shakes from GMC. If your having problems eating big meals go to your Doctor and tell him your having eating problems most likely he or she will give you a hungry stimulant. Dude 6 years ago when I was 16 I weighted 104 lbs 5'10 now im 212 lbs of so I know if you research on some things and eat a ton of hi calorie and protein meals your bound to get big. Don't give up just keep eating and lifting.

I have the same problem...well i think i do i have a small body and iw ould like to gain weight or muscle......its is really hard i went to GNC and bought some weight gainer that was supposed to triple my calorie intake but the taste of it was just gross.......i have tried eating alot befor i go to bed and eatting alot all day.....but nothing has really worked for me.....i asked a similar question but i dident get any great answers.....i head that when celebrities need to gain weight for a movie they have some kind of " " oil that they drink to slow the metabolism....ask you doctor or someone at GNC about that.....sorry i cant help more.

get a gainers supplement and hit the gym. You probably have a fast metabolism, which can be a blessing and a curse at the same time. Putting on pounds you want is tough, but at the same time, you can eat whatever you want without getting fat.

There's gainers supplements with tons of protein, plus added calories to help you get enough stuff in you so that your body can actually build as well, without burning it all off.

well, you need to start doing weights!! Apparently the Arnold Swarzhanager body building book is fantastic. it explians all about the different muscles, how to exercise them, what to eat, how to avoid ketosis.. i could keep going!! i strongly recommend you get it and also to join a gym with a trainer who actually knows what he is talking about and doesn't just have a crappy cert from doing a 6 month night class. Good luck hun!! It will take a good while but you'll get there!!

lift some waits but not to many because those body builders look so nasty when they get huge. you just want a little puff in those arms and your sure to get bigger all over even where you give women thier pleasure but dont use steroids like a dumb a** because you could have lots of strokes within a year

Well,you got to buff it up!If you wanna make your shoulders bigger,you have to do lots of weightlifting.Do tons of push ups a day to tighten and 'beef' up your chest.Do lots of exercises cause it's the only way possible.Do sit ups to gain that hard abs.Once you've done all this,i'm sure you can call yourself a muscleman.Good luck.

You don't mention your age but through diet and exercise it is possible to build up your size. Their are also good protein shakes that you can make. Be careful - and just don't take any "miracle drugs" they will do more harm then good!

Well maybe you need to strat working out and maybe think about steriods. But thats harmful so I think just work out or exercising.
