installing a device in a car that can monitor the eye and a make an alarm sound?

i need help with finding a device that i can program it to determine if the eye is closed ( by using a camera that is connected to the device ) for an amount of time and sends a commnding order to sound an alarm if the eye has passed that period of time that is limited .

Dude what your talking about doesn't really exist in the consumer market. That's like A.I. recongnition electronics and it's still being built and tested. You'll have to wait a while.
