Your breasts 'fill up' after you give birth and start nursing - probably about 2 days after birth.
You may get stretch marks and you may not - it all depends on whether it runs in your family and how much weight you are gaining.

They really don't get MILK until your baby is born. They may get a little yellowish or clear pre-milk in them.

The only thing causing stretch marks on your breasts now is weight gain from your pregnancy.
