Yes, go to a department store and they have people who will measure you and tell you what size you should wear. I was wearing a 36B for years when I should have been wearing a 36C. I feel more comfortable now, and my shoulders feel better because the straps are not cutting into them.

Most probably the band size is wrong. You need to go a size or two lower. Or it's getting stretched easily. Try a different brand form what you've already worn. If nothing helps, then better get it fitted by a professional bra fitter.

you are wearing the wrong size, just like most women are. #1 had it right with suggesting that you go to a dept store to get measured. if you find this too embarrassing, you can do it yourself or have a loved one help you. grab a measuring tape (the soft one) and visit http://www.victoriassecret.com/html/bra/measuring
good luck!! once you get the right fit, you'll notice the difference and feel so much better.

YES! Go to Victoria's Secret and have them size you. I finally broke down and did this and am amazed at the difference! AND, I was a full cup larger than I thought I was. There is no cost and they will come in and fit you. Best investment of 30+ minutes!!! (Even if you don't buy one there!)

the straps over the shoulder are probably too loose and around the back too loose, could just be worn out
Tighten those up, if still rising up, get a different size

Yes, you probably need a smaller band size. In doing so, you may also need to increase the cup size. HTH : )

The straps on your shoulders are probably too tight. Loosen those and see if that helps.
