The long, drawn-out drama, sappy scenes, no comedy. I saw about twenty minutes of it and turned it to Fox News for, of all things, entertainment value. Can somebody explain to me what the big deal is about Grey's Anatomy?

If you just watched it that briefly you just can't get it! There is a ton of humor (not comedy) and it IS a drama show about a hospital for cripes sakes! Some scenes are sappy but that's part of the show. You should really give it another chance or borrow the first season and get to know the characters better!

Grey's Anatomy is the best show on television right now!!
To really get into to it though, you have to know whats going on! you cant just watch 20 minutes of an episode in the middle of the season!!

I think a lot of women think that the men on that show are hot. Whenever I ask my friends what it is about that show they like, that is the first thing they say. Other than that, if you find out what others reasons there are, let me know because I don't see what the fuss is about either.

I don't watch it like everybody else in the world haha (yay for Supernatural at 9 instead hehe)...but I did catch that explosion episode (a 2 parter I believe) and it wasn't bad...I still don't watch it or anything...but my mom and 2 sisters do so it must be "okay" lol ;)

I've never watched one episode and don't intend to. This show just doesn't appeal to me, especially how you described it. I wonder too what the big fuss about this show is all about.

It is an awsome show, you have to watch more than 20 mins. to understand what is happing, if you watched it every week i think you would like it better, it is fantastic!!

I like it. But see no reason to make a big deal out of it...like you are...and you don't even like it!
