if your asking how to talk to a girl first time?
talk to her friendly, do not scare her which most of the india guys do. be nice, dont force and do not ask too many question.
ask her how she is? not how old she is
ask her how was her day? not would you like to go out with me
after that if she ask you question. the mean she want to talk. if she does not ask you question leave her alone. and say hi next time you see her and let her start the conversation.

- Do not imagine the last thing U would wan't to do with her, from the first time U start the talk
- Be supremely confident
- Be absolutely clear on what you seek from her

Speak with confidence and eye contact.
Just keep it simple step up and introduce yourself and let conversation floe from there. Oh unless your extremely witty stay away from to many jokes she might think you're trying to hard and it should come off natural
