Which does best to you to have an orgasm? A female orgasm helps the little sperms get to their goal because during the orgasm the cervix "dips" into the pool of sperm.
Also, try "water sex" it is an old wives tale but I have heard that it does better your chances of getting pregnant.

try propping your lower back and buttocks on a pillow. I did this and after 10 years of trying to get pregnant, I did.

guy on top has the best penetration and shortens the journey for the little swimmers. But any position will get you pregnant.

Yeah... If the man in on top, when he ejaculates in you, the sperm stays in there "better" without leakage. Do not try you on top because it is easier for the sperm to leak out

Lay on your back, put a pillow under your butt, and after he's done, lay there for a while (watch a movie or something) and let gravity help.
