I have nausea and stomach pains that feel like diarrhea (gas) cramps, all though I have only had the runs once but have waken up with nausea and went to sleep with nausea for like 4 days now. It comes and goes; but the Diarrhea that one day or one time rather because it didn't continue after that has me confused. IS this Nausea associated with pregnancy or the flu that hasn't begun yet?

That is not a normal symptom of pregnancy, however every woman is different and every pregnancy is different. I had diarrhea with my son, but I had the stomach flu in the seventh month.

Most nausea associated with pregnancy does not usually cause diarrhea. Most often it is just an upset stomach that is irriated by smells and stuff like that. It sounds to me like you are dealing with a mild stomache virus.

I wasn't going to answer this question because I figured everyone who answered before me would be right. I am glad I read their answers. I am currently 13 weeks pregnant. I have the runs ALL the time. With my last 3 it was constipation... this one it isn't... don't know which is better. The nausea sounds just like pregnancy. Man all the symptoms you listed sound like me. .. only difference is that my breasts/nipples were killing me too. Good luck

Its probably a stomach virus.
