Been there, done that

I went cos they were there...I loved Nepal and Tibet, spent 6 months in my gap year bumming around that part of the world...

Fascinating culture, genuinely magical place there....the roof of the world, as it is called by the locals!

I've never thought about it before . I don't know anything about the himalayas well i do now cause i just did a search so i can answer this question lol. i guess i would travel there it seems like such a interesting area that stretches from india to ...people do live around the rivers. I'd love to travel there to visit.

I have never thought of traveling to the Himalayas. For one, I am afraid of heights. Secondly, I don't like cold. Thirdly I don't speak "Sherpa". I'd travel to a warmer place if I could travel anywhere.

Yes! thought about and done.

I think it might have been because I grew up in Cambridgeshire (UK) which has literally NO hills anywhere, and it was about the most extreme change of scenery I could find.

Sure love to travel to Nepal and see those mountains. Mind you i want someone to carry me up that mountain. Can't see myself in high heels climbing. Hey even better Lion carry me on your back lol Piggy back lmao
