How can you generalize a whole race like that? How do "white" folks act? My sister and I are both white and we act totally different.And I have a friend who is African American who has held the same job for quite a while. Yes, affirmative action has helped many African Americans to succeed, which is a very good thing, many African Americans still live in poverty though, because it is a vicious circle. Unfortunately no matter what race you are, if you are not born into money it is alot more difficult to succeed. If you look at the poor neighborhoods anywhere in America, you will see what I mean. People who grow up in poverty tend to fall to drugs and crime because it is what they know, no matter what color their skin is.
