When my 12 week old baby poops, you can hear her a mile away and almost every time it comes out the back or the side. I use the Pampers brand (swaddlers), but my baby ruined alot of her clothes doing this. I know I'm putting on her diaper correctly and she is a Size 1, there's just alot of poop coming out. Do your babies poop alot and is there a way of getting the poop out? I currently use Oxy for baby.

I don't recall there being that much of a problem... It maybe happened once or twice but that sounds strange...
Sorry!
Check with your Peditrician and maybe see if you need to change formula, or to formula if its your milk doing that? Maybe you should lay off the taco bell?

My son did that a LOT. He drank breastmilk, so his poop was very runny. And I do remember being able to hear it from across the room! haha
As for diapers, Pampers Swaddlers are about the best you can do at this stage. They provide the most coverage. Once your little one can sit up better, the poop won't go up the back as much.
Until then, just get a little bucket or a washtub. Fill it up with water and add a splash of baby detergent and a cup of Oxy-Clean. Spray some stain remover (I like Shout) on the stain and soak it overnight.
For tough stains, you can spray more stain remover on the spot, rub it in, and soak the garment for another night. Or, you can use my mom's foolproof method: spray some stain remover on it and hang it in the sun for an hour. So far, the sunlight has won every time.
Good luck!
EDITED TO ADD: It's actually HOT water that sets the stain, not the other way around. Only soak and wash stained clothes in cold water.

I'd try moving up to the next size diaper. It will go up her back further than the size 1's. Or you can try to put your diapers on slightly off center...put the diaper on higher in the back than in the front. Swaddlers are great diapers, so switching diapers probably won't help much.
**and what Dale B (my husband) said about about yogurt isn't a bad idea if the baby was old enough...he just doesn't remember that we didn't start solids until after 4 months and didn't start dairy and yogurt until almost a year...but it has been helpful.

Try going up to the next size diaper. Thats generally how you fix this problem. Diapers are averaged sizes by weight, but not all babies are the same shape. Usually when this happens and the baby is 'supposed' to be in one size, it ends up being that the next size up is really whats needed.
Its really common for babies to poo right out of their diapers.
Greased lightning is the best stain remover i have every found. Its with the household and kitchen cleaners. Dont use it around baby, and you want to treat the stain let it soak a couple minutes with the spray on it, and then use a tooth brush on the stain, and rinse well. Throw it in the wash to make sure the chemicals are washed out.
Ive used it on infant clothes and enver had a problem. It even gets out washed in dried in formula out. And blood out of white clothes. ITs excellent.

My 16 week old son does this too. I did notice that there is a lot more leakage when he is sitting ( like in his car sear, bouncy seat, etc.) or when he is on his side. When he's on his back it tends not to leak as much so the minute I hear him going I lay him on his back and this has been working. I also use the Baby Oxy along with the Target version of Dreft and it's taken every single stain out so far. Good luck and congrats on your new baby!

if the poop is staining clothes, you're probably feeding your baby formula. poop from breast milk doesn't stain as much. you might try switching formulas. soy formula might be a good way to go. having a baby is gonna be messy no matter what you do. another thing you might try is giving your baby yogurt. i'm not sure if 12 weeks is old enough for that, so you might wanna check 1st. they make special yogurt just for babies, which i've been giving to my daughter since she was very young, but i'm not sure anymore exactly when i started that. the yogurt is good for the digestive tract and might help some with the volume and consistency of the poop. hope this helps. good luck.

to the person who suggested feeding a 12 week old baby yogurt, NO!!
A 12 week old baby only needs breastmilk or formula. Feeding him/her anything else is REALLY asking for digestive problems. The baby would not only have poop problems, but cry problems and stomach aches as well.
My baby is breastfed and especially when she was tiny like this, her poop sometimes shot right out. And it was always loud. One time I was changing her on my bed and as I stood to grab a diaper, her poop shot me right in the leg. LOL She is now 6 months old and while her poop is somewhat liquidy, it doesn't shoot out with as much force as it used to.
Their little digestive systems take awhile to mature and regulate. Be patient and keep some stain remover and baby wipes nearby!
There's nothing wrong with your baby! This is perfectly normal with this age. Enjoy!

Cold water SETS stains.....do not soak in cold water!
Rinse with hot water right away and use Oxy on it.
Try using the next size up diaper.
