Been there done that. What you do is you make yourself eat a little, even if it is just a half piece of toast three times a day at teh SAME times each day. WITH OUTFAIL. Your body will start getting used to food at certain times and your appetite will start to return. But you have to do this reguraly.

Also try getting in some tempting foods. Stuff youreally, really like but did not eat because of your diet. Candy, cake, COOKIES. We are more likely to have an appetite if the food is yummy.

Get a supplement drink like Ensure, Instant Breakfast, etc but drink it with or after your meals not instead of.

Stop all caffiene. Have you seen the add for the really expensive diet pills on the TV? Saw th ebottle of some. They are caffiene and vitamins. I am serious! Caffiene is pretty good at stopping an appetite.

Do not stand and eat. As eat on the run. When you eat make it a totaly enjoyable event. Sit, relax. If you like to eat in front of the TV put a light comedy. Do what ever it takes to enjoy your food.

Portion control. where as you were trying to eat less to diet so you tired to reduce your portions, now use protion control and tiry to eat just alittle bit more at each meal.

Thing is once you loose your wieght and you ahve more muscle mass muscle uses energy more effeciently than fat. (I don't think fat even uses any). So when your weight is down it is actually easier to loose weigth, to keep weight down than it is to start loosing weight or to keep loosing weight.

These things really work! If you follow them exactly. Used them many times fo rmyself and others.

Welcome to the world of physiological plateau.

If you have made your goal weight and are eating a balanced diet and have no shortfalls when it comes to you nutrition; then, I would say you are doing well. If you still would like to lose weight, then you have to modify our diet and exercise.

Your body plateaus when it has reached equilibrium with itself and it is running perfectly fine on what you give it and it is able to use all of it, while maintaining current body fat. if you still want to lose weight you have to increase your caloric expenditures while maintaining current caloric intake...because you say you do not eat much now I would not suggest cutting calories at all...unless you modify your eating schedule.

Now...exercise a little more...Before Bed if you can muster it...You may also want to look at your diet...Is it balanced? Maybe. Your eating schedule may be destroying you as well. If you only eat once during your day your body has placed itself on warning...it thinks it is being starved... thus you eat very little and don't lose any more weight...rev up your metabolism by acting often during the day (six times and very small meals). This will up your metabolism and may actually help you feel more hungry at dinner (whether that is good or bad for you I do not know).

Ultimately, if you plateau (which is natural) it is your cue o do something different.

Good luck

i guess that your diet might have slowed your metabolism down enough that its screwed up. maybe you should become more active with exercise, and just try to force yourself to eat a couple small nutritious meals at regular times. Its great meeting a weight goal, but that wont do much good for you if your body is flabby and weak and out of shape. Not saying that it is, but something seems to be out of whack.

Sometimes loss of appetite and loss of weight can be a sign of serious medical illness. It may just be a coincidence that it came after you were on a diet. You should really be checked by a doctor.
