In SOUTH AFRICA, you find orphans kids living on street, looking for a food in bins, homeless, which is very assame to me because government seems to have nothing to do about it. I wish I could build a huge orphan centres in different rigions where they can receive a full living support and learning as well.I believe these are the things that causes crime. I need more ideas and advises about this matter because I don't afford anything for now but hope to do some thing in future.

You need to create a positive community that these kids can look to. That means creating a group that has certain goals or purpose. Maybe it can be finding a place for kids to play together and organizing games, to start.
Then as your group grows, you can organize more elaborate events that they help put together. And meanwhile you look for the resources you need, a building, food, etc.
The key is to get them involved in improving their own lives.

As your group comes together, appeal to those who do have resources to help with what you need. Start small, aiming to grow larger as a network. You often find that people know people or work for people that may be sympathetic to your idea and may want to help.

Yes, if you want this to happen, it will have to be part of everything you do. It is a huge problem. Good luck.

Average Joe, you are an *ss as you clearly have no idea about what is going on in the world around you. Maybe you should read a newspaper more often? How can people who are dead be responsible for their kids? How can kids be held respondibe for the death of their parents?

One of the ways - I live in Cape Town as well - is to volunteer at one of thre many organisations that help street kids. Contact the Salesian institute (Green Point) or the HomeStead. Or One Love. Or buy food vouchers from One Love, which you can give to a child on the street. The voucher can be exchanged for a warm meal, a shower, etc. Do not give money, as often this ends up being spend on glue, etc. Check this link: http://www.capetownmagazine.com/pulse/Heart-Beat~c4/One-Love-Please-give-street-kids-food-vouchers-instead-of-money~100

All you really need is a big boat-load of cash...but I think you will find your zeal mis-placed. If South Africans want their country "cleaned up" They would already be working on it. They don't care, because they already have the food and the money and that's the way they want it. "To hell with the have-nots, I'm okay..." (I understand they got their attitude from the British...)

It isnt't the governments responsibility. It's their parents. If they have no parents, then they're screwed. But that's natural selection.

If that's your dream go for it. It won't just happen.
