In late 1980 or early 1981, Mad did a satire on Johnny Carson in which he said (something like) "We don't know who he is but he had a couple of drinks at the Pink Pussy Cat in 1962". Ironically I had two beers at the Club Pink Pussy Cat in LA in 1962. Can someone tell me where to find or read this issue?

In print: it depends where you are. If you're lucky enough, your local library (or university library) may stock older issues of Mad. They did when I visited the Southwestern US, no such luck in the UK.
Other than libraries, there are used book shops like bookmans that have big stocks, and comic book collectors stores. ( I miss the southwest)
Again, it would help to know where you are to know which chains are around.

Online
Ebay occasionally has some in stock.
It's easier if you can find the issue number.
