I know you must be so frustrated if you are contemplating resigning asap. But I must encourage you to at least have some solid leads before you up and go. You have a lot more riding on this decision than immediate relief. Take a deep breath, and hit the classifieds and monster.com today. Talk to friends and family....get the network going. You'd be suprised how many people find jobs quickly because of someone they know. If you can do this for this week, and still have no solid leads, but your frustration level is through the roof, go ahead and get outta there.
Good luck to you!

Well think of why you want to resign first... then think will there be another job thats better than that of your current job...
If the results are positively pointing towards a brighter future then you shld resign... but if it doesnt then my advise would be to wait till you come across a better job....
And to think of it im only 17 years old!! lol
Good luck anyway

Do whatever you feel comfortable with. Can you afford to resign b4 finding another job? If so, then go ahead and resign. spend a couple of weeks just chillin b4 going back to work again. But if your cash flow is low, then it would probably be best to find another job b4 resigning.

I don't know the situation to your job. You could make a stupidity if is only your ego deranged. It could be better if you could take it fast to the situation if it is otherwise. A smart advice is if that is anyhow happening you better stay at this job and use your free time to find another job in better conditions. Otherwise I presume this is gonna cost you much in majority of many ways: financially first, the fact as you do not have a job at the time you found other to have better conditions, or in the other way as you do not have so much time to find it. STAY AT THE JOB is my advice FOR THE TIME YOU NEED IT , AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

Wait until you find a job... I went through the same thing recently, but I waited until I found another (& better) job, and it was so worth it.
