Derek Jeter - 2000
I do not think they had the award prior to 1962.
The Major League Baseball All-Star Game MVP Award is given to the outstanding player in each year's Major League Baseball All-Star Game. Awarded each season since 1962, it was originally called the Arch Ward Memorial Award after the man who first came up with the concept of the game. The name was briefly changed to the Commissioner's Trophy. In 2002, the award was renamed The Ted Williams Most Valuable Player Award in honor of former Red Sox slugger Ted Williams, who had passed away earlier that year. Because the game ended in a tie, no winner was named that year, making the Anaheim Angels' Garret Anderson the first recipient of the Ted Williams Award in 2003.

The Yankees' Babe Ruth was the star of the 1933 all-star game, hitting a two-run homer in the AL's 4-2 win, but there was no MVP award given until 1962. The first Yankee to win the MVP was Derek Jeter in 2000.
