Is there a program out there for this?

Is there a program where i can press the keys on a virtual keyboard, and it will generate a musical score/sheet for me? I want to put a song into noteworthy composer, but i only know the keys to press (Don't ask, long story)i have been unable to find a .midi file for the song. So please assist me guys!!!!
