I don't know of any as small as 3cm. There is a wholesaler called Pinflair who do 5cm stars. E-mail them at enquires@pinflair.co.uk and ask if they have a stockist in your area.

Otherwise perhaps you could make a star shaped template cut out stars and slot two together for a 3D shape.
