Many times. Worth it. I like using very hot water to rinse carpet after shampooing, you'll be surprised how much more ick you can get out just using water. Have fun?!

I have used the Rug Doctor many times, probably 30. It works well as long as you go slow. I always use the detergent they recommend (theirs), but you can use other less expensive brands.

Absolutely brilliant!! - I used to work for a well known cleaning company and was taught never to use these machines, but they cleaned my whole house (when we moved) and the carpets stayed clean for ages!!!
