I like the Nat King Cole version of the Christmas Song (Chesnuts Roasting...). Almost any version of SIlent Night is fine. Oh, also, Angels We have Heard on High and God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen.

Has to be O Holy Night by Vince Gill. His vocals are amazing, and he makes you feel the emotion.
