Is there a new Max Factor foundation called "Age anew"?

I live in Bulgaria at the moment and this product has been so hyped here. It is supposed to make you look 5 years younger! They say it is what Jay-Lo uses and what makes her skin glow. I have checked the Max Factor web sites and have not been able to find it. Also how much does it cost?
