The right to plead the fifth ammendment. This allows the accused not to incriminate himself. The law states that you are considered innocent until proven guilty, so you can remain silent and let the state prove "beyond a shadow of a doubt" that you are guilty. Hope this helps you a bit...

Innocent until proven guilty. It colors the entire practice of law in the United States and places the burden of proof on the government to show guilt of all elements of a crime.

The Fifth Amendment gives you the right to not self incriminate. Depending on the trail there other aspects of evidence laws that would be more useful. Such privileged conversations with your attorney, spouse, accountant, so on.

the right to a jury trial......you need a unanimous vote of guilty to be guilty and with so many errors and issues regarding arrests these days.......you are liable to get an "O.J." verdict and be found innocent.

the fifth amendment. you got yourself accused because you got caught. SHUT THE ***** UP!!!!!!!!!!!!! HIRE A TOP CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYER!!!!!!!!!!! the lawyer will either get you off or get you less time.
