Chav is a derogatory slang refers to a subcultural stereotype fixated on fashions such as flashy “bling” jewellery (generally gold) along with designer clothing in the Burberry pattern (most famously a now-discontinued baseball cap) and from a variety of other casual and sportswear brandsterm in the United Kingdom.

In Scotland they're called NEDs (Non-educated delinquents).
They're basically pissy little teenage thugs that like to beat people up because of the way they look. They all wear lonsdale or some other shitty boxing make hoodies, and need to be castrated at birth.
