this is each and every of ways you note it, isn't it? Why do you want an excuse now to not move? in case you experience the favor to, move. in case you do not experience the favor to, do not move. i imagine that the training you may nicely be asking about has to do with the view that the human body itself is the real temple. you may move to the mosque each and every Friday, to the synagogue each and every Saturday, and to the church each and every Sunday, yet nonetheless be in simple terms as lifeless as you've been earlier. in simple terms because you're making it a ritual to move to those places does not advise that you're easily worshipping at them, or perhaps reaping benefits from the experience in any way. Now, in case you're taking on the standpoint that your body is the real holy temple, then a more advantageous duty is placed upon you. you're continually in an component to worship no matter the position you're. you're continually in a sacred position no matter the position you're. you're continually contained in the homestead of God. It will develop into your responsibility to imagine good, to act good, to do good, to speak good, to devour good... because you're on holy floor. i ought to assert that each and every individual of this can be a lot more advantageous than some variety of an excuse. From this attitude you may move to the mosques, church homes, and synagogues, or not. It does not matter at the same time as your body is the temple.
