A routine is good for children. Eating at consistent times, sleeping at consistent times, going down for naps at similar times etc... There still may be days when your child may sleep more or want to eat more I think that has to do with all the growing they do but in the long run a consistent routine will benefit you and your child.

He will get a sleep pattern. try to keep him awake during the day and bed at 8 or 9 pm. Other advice,,,, enjoy the young years while you can. He will grow up faster than you think.

I even have an 11 year previous brother. he's hyper, eats lots, likes violent video games and pc video games, and is now and returned a sprint sneaky and lies approximately little issues. he's effective behaved in school and many times. He makes his very own mattress, cleans his very own room (even nonetheless won't do a competent interest) he can cook dinner ordinary issues with the aid of himself that don't require a range or oven. For punishment, my mom and dad do away with television, pc, or the PSP. Works quite lots because of the fact those 3 issues are quite lots his life. All toddlers are diverse, so I propose attending to understand the boy first formerly you start up making judgements on a thank you to enhance him.

I would try keeping a log of when he eats and sleeps for a day or two. You may find out that he has more of a pattern to his day than you are aware of...

yes, it can...if you had a daytime sleep pattern for your little one, his little body and brain would be used to taking a nap at a certain time;much like it is for an adult who is "used" to going to sleep at a certain time...little ones need a period of "recharging" just as we do. After all, they are little people. Besides, that nap time will give you time to do something for yourself. Start laying down with him and going over stories, or pictures in books. Something that will let him know it is time to rest.
