Although the National Lampoon one is the funniest of that series, the Christmas Story is a classic and will always be a part of Christmas.

A Christmas Story is a classic, but I think that Christmas Vacation is funnier.

The Christmas story is a classic movie I grow up on that movie every Christmas I watch it. Have u seen the comical for Cingluar that was so funny. " we'll raise the bill up" LOL

I love them both equally - to me they're both Christmas classics. "Christmas Vacation" is much sillier but it's great to watch it a have a good laugh after all the stress of the season.

The Christmas Story - mind you all the Santa Clause movies are great and also Miracle on 34th Street.
