You need to report this to the authorities. If you do not want this to continue then you need to either place your son into the public schools system or etc. Homeschooling is not a good route to go into, you need more supervision when that happens. But definitely report this to the authorities. Teachers aren't supposed to have sex with their students but it depends on what the circumstances are. If the child is like 17 or whatever, then there is not much you can do, but if he is younger than that, then you need to take some measures that would prevent this from happening again.

wow thats wrong ah the best advise first depending on how old he is find out if its consensual and if it is then mildly scorn him (do not make it so he has a bad impression of sex) (do this only if he is a teenager), and if he's a preteen then do whatever you have to to stop the relationship, and you know i'm curious because i always thaught home school ment that you were thaught by a family member; and if this is any form of incest relationship then put a stop to it as quickly as you can. hope i was of som assitance

Press charges against his teacher.
Have him be taught by a different teacher.
Get him an STD test.
Ground him for a month.
Send him to therapy.
I'm a teenager, so trust me on this one.
Also, make sure it's a MALE teacher.
Call the cops!

Sex with his teacher when he is home schooled???? Please tell me that his teacher is not a parent. No matter who it is, if he is underage you need to report this to the authorities. If the person is sleeping with your child they may also be sleeping with other people's children.

You should get slapped!!! for letting it happen..if you know this is happening i would have fire the teacher since the first day i found out about it.... Some parents are just plainly dumb...and what are you waiting for to press charges??? you need to be double slapped...!!!
