When I am in the shower, and my wife would use the sink, it takes 5 minutes for the water to get hot....any help on this??

Doesn't sound like you've routed the recirculation system correctly. You also may need a pump in line to make the hot water make the trip around your recirculating lines.

sounds like a high tech place. Do you also have an on demand heater for the shower? That would explain it. I thought re-circ lines had a push button to engage them? The other reason water takes 5 mins to heat is water saver heads that limit the amount of water flow. could be the sink isn't part of the system.
