cuz your not the smartest person in the world unless your trying to defraud the government by learning how to counterfeit money the water mark is a way to keep counterfeiters from making the funny money

I think if you were able to separate it into two sheets, it's probably counterfeit. Either way, you are out 20 dollars.

Probly security reasons, if the waternark was to be on both sides, it could easily be a fake
